View Crafters Services Terms and Conditions

 

Please review these terms and conditions as they may be updated periodically.

 

TERMS OF CHANGE

 

  1. Right to Modify Terms:

We reserve the right to change and update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms each time you engage our services to remain up to date. Terms will be available on our website www.viewcraftersagency.com.

 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

 

  1. Refund Policy:

Our web development services are provided based on a non-refundable agreement. All investments made towards the development of your Shopify store are full and final. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

 

  1. Cancellation by View Crafters:

If after five reminders, you, the client, fail to provide necessary resources or maintain communication, View Crafters reserves the right to cancel the project without refunding the payment for the package(s).

 

 

SERVICE COMMITMENT

 

  1. Service Provision:

Upon receiving the payment and all necessary resources from you, View Crafters will begin the development of your Shopify store. The scope of services includes what is outlined in the package selected by you.

 

  1. Communication and Project Management:

For any support, questions about your contract, or issues related to project management, please contact adrian@viewcrafters.net.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Client’s Duty to Cooperate:

Your contract with View Crafters starts from the day you receive your welcome email, and the development starts when all the resources are provided to our company. You are responsible for providing all required materials on time. Failure to do so may delay the start of the project or lead to project cancellation as stated in clause 3.

 

PAYMENTS AND INVOICES

 

  1. Timely Payments:

It is your responsibility to ensure all agreed payments are made on time as per the agreed schedule.

 

 

  1. Consequences of Missed Payments:

Missed payments will incur a late fee of $50 for each day the payment is overdue, and all development work will be suspended until payment is received.

 

  1. Termination Due to Non-Payment:

 Failure to pay within 3 business days of the due date for the extra services or sent invoices will result in project termination without a refund.

 

UPGRADES AND CHANGES

 

  1. Adjustments to Services:

Any upgrades or changes to the services must be agreed upon in writing. The new agreement and terms will replace any previous agreements.

 

PROJECT COMMUNICATION

 

  1. Effective Communication:

Timely and effective communication is essential. If you do not respond after three attempts to establish communication, View Crafters reserves the right to terminate the project with immediate effect.

 

GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

  1. Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless View Crafters and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

 

  1. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by and construed following the laws of the EU and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any disputes.
